住套房，有钱收

去年年中买马镀锡，RM 3.60,

一转眼，一年过去了，2012年共得股息

20sen  + 13.5sen  = 33.5sen

扣税25%后，净股息= 25.125

马镀锡又要派需扣税股息 26.5sen , 每单位。

这次8月收了股息后，11月又会ex 2014 interim dividend (每单位20sen 需扣税)，这是惯例，如无意外。
