以下是要发给股东的股息，红股，涡轮。
During the current quarter under review, the Board of Directors has
declared a second interim single-tier dividend of 5 sen per share amounting to
RM3,159,945 in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2012, payable
at a date to be determined later.
Corporate Proposal
Save as disclosed below, there were
no corporate proposals announced or not completed as at the date of this report:
On 30 April 2012,
the Company has announced to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa
Securities”) that it proposes to undertake the following:
(i)
a
bonus issue of up to 6,537,910 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the
Company (“Bonus Share(s)”) to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one
(1) Bonus Share for every ten (10) existing shares held in the Company on an entitlement date to
be determined later (“Entitlement Date”); and
(ii)
a
bonus issue of up to 6,537,910 free warrants in the Company (“Warrant(s)”) on
the basis of one (1) Warrant for every ten (10) existing shares held in the
Company on the Entitlement Date.
On 30 May 2012, OSK Investment Bank Berhad
(“OSK”) had, on behalf of the Board of Directors (“Board”), announced that the
Controller of Foreign Exchange (via Bank Negara Malaysia) had, vide its letter
dated 28 May 2012, approved the issuance and allotment of the Warrants to the
non-resident shareholders of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue
of Warrants.
On 5 June 2012, OSK had, on behalf of the Board,
announced that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 5 June 2012, approved
the admission of the Warrants to the official list of Bursa Securities as well
as for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares, Warrants and new
ENGKAH Shares arising from the exercise of the Warrants on the Main Market of
Bursa Securities.
The above Proposals are expected to be completed by the
third quarter of 2012.
红股，十粒给一粒，就是 10% 了，
再加上已经到手的 5sen + 7.5sen = 12.5sen 股息，
还有，即将派的 5sen 股息和免费涡轮。
盖起眼睛来，涡轮最少都值得 30sen.
