ptaras 在甚麽领域赚钱

财报里已说明
第四季赚2千万，去年同期赚15.3

建筑部	12.5mil	14.8mil
制造部	1.8mil	2.6mil
投资部
共	20mil	15.3mil

12.5mil 是建筑部贡献，去年同期赚14.8mil

1.8mil 是制造部，比去年少了31%,，年赚 2.6mil

2013年第四季股票投资/投机赚 20mil -12.5mil - 1.8mil = 5.7mil

它的股票投资/投机赚得比去年多，比制造业还多。

2012财政年第四季总共赚15.3mil.

14.8mil + 2.6mil = 17.4mil,

建筑部与制造部加起来就已 17.4mil,

如照这样看来，2012财政年第四季它的股票投资/投机是亏的，

因为总共加起来才 15.3mil, 可是我在2012财政年第四季业绩报告里没看投资部亏。

是我看漏了还是算错了？？？？？？？？？？？？？

请指教。

鹏发是大马打桩王，它不务正业，股票部表现比建筑部，制造部标青。

看来它理财很有一套。

但是牛市不是天天有，美国道指已经game over 了，

接下来的两季只能靠建筑部与制造部了。

到时想必它的业绩会差点。

pintaras jaya 2013财政年第四季业绩报告点评

投资 RM29,585,000，套利 RM44,401,000

赚 RM44,401,000 - RM29,585,000 = RM14,816,000 (50%)

在这三个月里，鹏发投资接近三千万，套利四千四百万。

不论它买怎样投资 / 投机 / 买卖，这赚幅是巴菲特望尘莫及的，难怪巴菲特知道了都流口水。

它的现金 = RM100,450,000 + RM24,881,000 = RM125,331,000

另外，还有价值 RM30,128,000 的股票，

由于这三千万零吉股票还没套利，所以它只能算是纸上财富，

为了谨慎，当计算鹏发资产时，我们把这价值三千万零吉的股票排除在外。

因此鹏发每股现金就只有，

RM125,331,000 / 80,064,000 = RM1.57

如果把这三千万零吉的股票以三千万零吉卖掉，可为每股增加37sen现金

2013财政年第四季每股净赚20sen, 建议派单层息 15sen，

去年全年每股派20sen ，今2013财政年每股派息 25sen

全年每股净利 65sen, 去年每股净赚 56sen.

净利增加 100% x (65-56) / 56 = 16%，

股息增加 100% x (25 - 20) / 20 = 25%

由于有一连串的事件（event）, 如果样样都如市场预期般好， RM8.40 是没问题的。

鹏程万里，一发不可收拾

鹏发 ptaras 是大马股市中的，唯一一间，绝无仅有的，连巴菲特都流口水的公司。

它今天收市价 RM5.81，它能飞多高？多远？

RM5.80, RM6.00 , RM6.30, RM8.40, 都是它冲关的阻力，

其实完全不用使力，可说是通行无阻。

让我们来研究庄家心理到底怎样想，他到底怎样出牌！

红股效应，市场抢着买，这只大鹏鸟轻而易举的被推上 RM6.00，

庄家与市场在半推半就情况下，飞过 RM6.30, 朝 RM8.40 方向飞。

业绩出炉，宣布终期息或再加特别股息，RM8.40 就过了。

过了RM8.40，就朝这次发红股的终极目标 RM11.80去。

业绩要非常好，才有力飞向 RM11.80。
